I think we have to prepare for a possible disaster when oil-producing countries can no longer depend on oil revenues. They have no infrastructure, and their people depend on the oil revenue to provide any minimal resources available to them. If things get worse for them, they will blame someone, and it will be the US. Their people will have less to live for and even less hope. This type of person is the prime target for recruitment by terrorist organizations.
