I just read about the Supreme Court decision to keep IRA accounts (Individual Retirement Accounts) safe from creditors in case of bankruptcy. The thing that really annoys me is that people (the plaintiff, I guess) actually thought it would be a good idea if someone declares bankruptcy to take away their life savings. I bet…
