Design Pitfalls

I wrote this a while back for the book too.  It described the design process in most organizations as I perceived it.  I cleaned it up a bit and made it into HTML instead of a Word doc or PDF.  I called it Design Pitfalls.

This is another in the series of stuff from the book that wasn’t exactly going anywhere.  I hope it helps someone out.
