What’s a UX Help Designer?
At Marketo, the UX team is responsible for the way a feature works. We collaborate with engineers, product managers and other various groups. When we are ready to launch a feature, help articles need to be written. The UX Team is responsible for this as well, so that the information is designed well, is clear and accurate.
Help articles are:
- 90% pictures
- Concise. I hate superfluous needless words.
As a UX Help Designer, you will learn the product inside and out. You will learn a lot about UX design too. We are a collaborative team and all work together on the same projects. You will be able to influence the product design at a deep level. If a feature can’t be explained easily then there is probably a design flaw. That’s where your feedback will improve the product.
